The recognition was presented during the "Tarunno, Startup O Sombhabonar Bangladesh" programme, held at the Nawab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Building, University of Dhaka. According to the company, Founder & CEO Sharmeen Akhter received the grant cheque during the event.
InterviewBoss AI is an AI-powered career-readiness platform designed to help job seekers prepare for employment through intelligent interview practice in both Bangla and English. The platform focuses on making professional interview coaching accessible to students, fresh graduates, and job seekers who may have limited access to traditional career development services.
Beyond interview preparation, the startup is developing AI-assisted CV preparation and communicative language learning features to help users strengthen their communication skills and improve their overall employability.
