Bangladesh-based startup Twimbol, founded in 2025, has officially launched the beta version of its Android application, introducing a comprehensive and safe digital platform built exclusively for children. The company's official website is now live at https://twimbol.com, while the beta version of the Android application is available for early access at https://app.twimbol.com.

As concerns continue to grow over children's exposure to inappropriate content, online privacy risks, and cyberbullying on mainstream social media platforms, Twimbol aims to provide a secure alternative where children can safely learn, create, play, and connect.

A Safe Digital World for Kids Unlike traditional social media platforms that primarily target general audiences, Twimbol has been built specifically with children's online safety and development in mind.

The platform combines entertainment, education, and social interaction within a moderated ecosystem that encourages positive digital experiences.

Key features of Twimbol include:

  • Kids Feed for sharing child-friendly posts.
  • Short Videos & Reels created in a safe environment.
  • Learning Section featuring skill development and educational courses.
  • Learning Games designed to make education fun and interactive.
  • A child-focused community built around creativity, learning, and positive engagement.

The startup believes children should have access to the internet without compromising their safety or wellbeing.

Years of Experience Behind the Mission

Twimbol was founded by Samim Ashraf, Founder & CEO, and Asif Mollik, Co-founder & CTO.

According to the founders, the platform is the result of years of work focused on creating safer digital experiences for children.

Samim Ashraf has been working for children's digital development and online safety initiatives for the past six years, while Asif Mollik has spent the last seven years building technology products and software solutions in Bangladesh's IT sector.

Together, they share a common vision: building a safer internet for every child.

Building on the Success of BabyTube

Before launching Twimbol, the founding team developed BabyTube, a child-safe video sharing platform that introduced families to a secure alternative for watching and sharing children's content.

The experience gained from BabyTube helped the team understand the broader digital needs of children and parents.

Twimbol expands on that vision by bringing multiple services together in one platform—including social networking, educational content, creative expression, and interactive learning games.

Beta Version Now Available

The beta version of Twimbol was officially launched on July 18, 2026, allowing parents, educators, and children to begin exploring the platform and providing valuable feedback before its wider rollout. The Android application is currently available through app.twimbol.com, with additional updates and new features expected during the beta testing period.A Startup Focused on Children's Digital Safety

Twimbol represents a growing wave of Bangladeshi startups using technology to solve real-world social challenges. By combining social media, education, and entertainment within a child-first ecosystem, the startup aims to redefine how children experience the internet—making it safer, more educational, and more meaningful.

As digital adoption continues to rise among younger generations, Twimbol hopes to become a trusted platform for families seeking a secure online environment where children can learn, create, play, and grow with confidence.
